Have you celebrated Men's Health Week lately?

Newmhwlogo_2 Happy National Men's Health Week!

There's a bunch of things you can do to celebrate and keep you and the men in your life healthy, happy, and living well.

First off, know your status and help protect those you love and play with. RU12? offers free, anonymous 20 minute HIV testing with no needles every Tuesday and Thursday. While you're in, pick up *FREE* condoms and lube -- we have a wide assortment of colors, flavors, and sensations!

Second, check out www.vdhp.org to find an LGBT-friendly health practitioner. While you're in, some of the important screens and check-ups to do are checking for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, sexually transmitted diseases, and cancers of the skin, prostate, and colon.

Third, save yourself some cash and give yourself a chance to breathe... by quitting smoking. Check out QuitNet -- they have resources and support to help you stop smoking. Their free program tracks your progress and gets you motivated to stay smoke-free.
