Vermont CARES Red Ribbon Rally

From Vermont CARES: "The Red Ribbon Rally will gather 450 people representing Vermonters diagnosed with HIV in our state.  Rallyers will wear red tshirts and form a human red ribbon approximately 100 feet long – we need you there to complete the picture!"
