Are you ready for the LGBT Event of the Year?
RU12? is excited to announce that this year’s Annual Dinner Keynote Speaker will be Dan Savage, an openly gay sex advice columnist, author, media pundit, journalist and newspaper editor (read more below).
The evening will also include volunteer awards, a "fancy hat" runway competition (more info below), a dance party with DJ Precious, a live and silent auction and a lot more time for catching up with old and new friends!
This event will sell out!
If you are a member of RU12?, you qualify for a $50 discount on the purchase of a table for 10 people. This year's dinner will feature a delicious buffet — eat as much or as little as you want! Need more info? Call 802-860-7812 or email the Center for all the details.
The easiest way to get in free is...
VOLUNTEER! The Dinner committee is already underway, but we can always use more help, especially the day and evening of the event. If you are interested in volunteering for this year’s dinner please contact Eliza, eliza@ru12.org or give a call 802-860-7812.
Do you have a flair for fashion?
Design a "Fancy Hat" and win! Walk the runway, strut your stuff, and show off your mad hat skills. Interested in designing a hat? All hats must incorporate a gay icon and something distinctly "Vermont." The hats will be judged by our mock-celebrity judges. A designer can designate themselves or a model to show the hat on the runway, and a "fierce" prize will go to the top pick! Don't bore Nina! Need more info? contact Karen Vastine to register.
