David Bohnett Cyber Center

RU12? Community Center wishes the thank the David Bohnett Foundation for their generous contribution in furnishing our David Bohnett Cyber Center. The David Bohnett Foundation is a grant-making organization formed in 1999 for the purpose of improving society through social activism.
The David Bohnett Cyber Center at RU12? Community Center houses 5 state-of-the-art computer stations available for research, skill-building and personal use for Vermont's lesbian, gay, bisexual, questioning and allied community. Members of RU12? are able to use the Cyber Center for free as a membership benefit. Cyber Center users are also able to purchase floppy disks and print from the Cyber Center printer for an affordable cost.
The Cyber Center also allows for un-filtered internet access, which will provide queer youth and adults the ability to access queer information and resources in a safe and confidential way, without fearing that home or school computers will "out" them to parents, family members or teachers or that the sites that they wish to view will be blocked.
